Lemon or coffee – what makes us acidic?

Lemon water versus coffee.

Many people associate lemon with acidity. Although lemons have an acidic taste they actually have a very strong alkaline reaction on the body and help alkalize blood, organs, cells and tissue.

We tend to rely on coffee in the morning as an energy booster. We use it to mask our daily symptoms like fatigue, focus and concentration issues, brain fog, energy issues, forgetfulness, overall not feeling well, grogginess, or any physical discomfort. What caffeine actually does is ramp up the production of adrenaline in the adrenal glands to the point where it causes adrenal burnout what leads to liver weakness. These resulting in hair loos and hair thinning, nutrient deficiencies, accelerated aging, weight gain, and many more. Excess production of adrenaline is highly toxic for our bodies. Caffeine depletes out body from nutrients.

Caffeine found in coffee, matcha tea, chocolate or caffeinated drinks makes the body age rapidly because it adds to long-term, chronic dehydration.
Do you notice a need to use a bathroom after drinking coffee, match tea, caffeinated teas or chocolate?
It happens because these caffeine drinks are diuretic that force critically needed hydration out of the living cells in your body, starving the cells of what they need.

Caffeine is a toxin, a low-grade poison, that prompts your body to want to rid it. As your body is trying to get rid of the toxin it throws the baby out with the bathwater – it throws the toxin out along with important nutrients, trace minerals, phytochemical compounds, critically needed enzymes, and antioxidants.

If you get used to drinking coffee in the morning the caffeine withdrawal could be difficult.
One of the suggestion is to replace the morning coffee with the glas of lemon water on an empty stomach.

Lemon water drunk on an empty stomach in the morning and throughout the day will bring only benefits:

  • creates alkalinity in the body
  • hydrates the organs and cells

  • contains bioactive calcium
  • contains highly absorbable vitamin C
