Comparison with Others

Comparing yourself with others will leave you vulnerable
on three counts: you’ll either feel inferior, superior or impressed.
All three of these states are dangerous because they all disregard
the underlying principle of our true connection with each other – mutual love and regard, based on independently generated self-esteem.

To protect yourself from this vulnerability, make sure that your attention remains turned within, towards the spiritual experience of pure pride. Staying centered in your elevated self-respect will help you remain undisturbed by others around you.

Attachment

The root of suffering is attachment.
You have created a space in your mind that holds a person or object as part of you.
When that person or object is criticized, neglected or not with you, you feel pain in your mind and you experience a sense of loss.

If you want to be happy, you must learn to love
and appreciate while remaining independent.

Meditate for Change

Meditation is the base for immunity.
When you touch your inner truth, there is no place for a criticism, negativity, or fear, or even anger. Being with your truth is being at the source of power and virtues. These pure vibrations affect your emotions and health.

Make time to create the moments you need for silence.

To create a time of silence takes just a second. A second is a drop of time … a drop of time though which I step to renew myself deep inside. So I stop, for a second, and say to myself, “Now I shall go inside.” In the space of a second, I pass beyond all the muddle and find myself in my original state of peace.

Every Day is The Earth Day. Plant a Seed of your Thought.

Nature needs our attention and cure at this time. Mother Earth needs our Love. Nature, Earth, and the atmosphere need pure vibrations that we are able to generate through our thoughts.

Every now is the right moment.

If we dedicate just one minute every day to focus on a pure virtue that resides inside us, it will automatically spread vibrations. It will go through any distance, conquer any obstacle and reach the Nature and any one in need.

Plant a seed. Think about the virtue that is already yours. Think Love. Think Peace. Think Harmony. Cure yourself.  As you cure your nature, you will be able to offer a cure to Mother Nature.

Plant a seed of a tree and the branches will embrace the positive change.

Every day is the Earth Day. The Nature celebrates it endlessly so let your mind, heart, and body be a conscious part of this life process.

Thought n Seed

Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Whatever I do, when all is said and done, I do for or to myself. Perhaps I should think before I perform actions because after the seed of action is sown I have to reap the fruit. Moreover, I do not receive only one fruit for every seed sown, I often get a whole crop, good or bad according to the action or seed.
