New Moon New Life. Hummingbirds in my Heart.

HM Family

New Moon New Life.

There is a mysterious nest entwined with the vine that embraces the window of my house. The home of two tiny hummingbirds` babies. The nest, made by their mom, fragile and small enough just to cuddle these two tiny creatures. Mom hums them song to comfort them when she flies out and around.

Hummingbirds were always around my house. Sometimes with curiosity they visited inside. I remember her now as a frequent guest. While flying around she was planning to move in for a while. She decided that her past and the future meet in this majestic confluence of giving birth and caressing new. Time almost stops when love ignites. And it did in my house. She brought eternity.

Her wings move in the same pattern as the infinity symbol, or like the number 8, but sideways. Wings of hummingbird can flap up and down as much as 70 times per second.

This type of movement with the wings is symbolic of the fact that hummingbirds can represent the past and future, as well as the laws of cause and effect. They can also represent infinity itself or even continuity and eternity.

In my house, on my eyes, and deep in my heart, my beautiful tiny friends, strong and fragile, share with me their life.

According to Native American legends hummingbirds guide to healing and finding balance.

One of the first time when I met them, I was sitting still and meditating on the blooming meadow, during my road and off road trip. I felt like they were weaving a crown on my head. They were whispering of my past and the future and were dissolving the whole knowledge out to the wind. And they were humming their wings as I would do to sing my soul. At that time of our humming together we brought the sun to set, I felt the crown on my head was sparkling jewels.

She and I are now sharing two homes entwined in one.

Hello Raw Yellow – Quick Cali Appetizer

(null)Quick and yummy, elegant and healthy. Cauliflower based yellow raw paste served on the raw crackers. Dill and broccoli flowers. I love Cali!

I was all about them, happy with the taste and look, running with the camera and taking shots, dancing and singing at the same time. Sunny Californian afternoon. And then I noticed that one or two of them where gone. What was going on? Any dwarfs around? I kind of had a feeling of being watched. “You are Maggy Moulach” – I heard. “A fairy lady who can do magic out of NOTTIN”. I was right. There are dwarfs. Especially when you have a Scottish neighbor, there must be a real Hob around. And he shows up whenever I make food. Living with the Hob in my backyard changed my life and threw it into the different dimension. I once asked him if he got underwear when he was wearing his traditional kilt. His answer ensured me of his original Hobby nature. “I am wearing freedom” – he said.

Well, this time he was wearing pants that kind of looked like dwarfy.

By the time he finished telling me the amazing legend of a fairy Maggy all yellow crackers were gone. “HELLO – were are my yellows?” – I thought. “Hello, can you please bring some more.” – he said by reading my mind.

We had a magical Californian afternoon biting on Cali crackers and sipping Cali best wine. I was amazed by the stories about the fairy Maggy. The legend goes that she helped in household doing magic and with her love vibrations she encouraged the hidden beauty to emerge out of ugly surface. She did that also when the inner beauty was not visible to somebody`s eyes blinded by ego or pride.

The legend remind that there will invariably be someone who loves each of us, no matter our appearance, and will avenge the injuries inflicted.

I felt in love in Maggy`s stories and the Hob loved the yellow crackers. The sunset was pouring orange over the blue sky. And when it changed the sky in red, it took all the red from our wine glasses.

The Hob has left leaving the echo of Maggy`s fairy life and some crumbs from the crackers. I heard his fence gate opening when I realized that his real name was Henry – what means ‘home ruler’ in Scottish. My dear Hob Henry is definitely the yard ruler in our neighborhood

Hmm, I didn’t write the recipe for the hello yellow. Or I did by telling you the story.

Being a HEALTH COACH for me is to share my passion of healthy and happy living, and to encourage others to make right choices that resonate with their happiness. When the uniquness and the beauty is appreciated it accumulates the energy for the right choices that are the base for healthy life.

I am proud and happy to be a graduate of the Institute Integrative Nutrition.

With my the knowledge, experience and warm support I partner my clients to transform their lives.

NEW YORK: Integrative Nutrition Announces Congressional Recognition of National Health andWellness Coach Week

NEW YORK — The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), the world’s largest nutrition school, today announced that an important member of Congress has officially recognized January 12-18 as National Health and Wellness Coach Week. In a letter shared with Integrative Nutrition, U.S. Rep. Tim Ryan, D-Ohio, touted his support for health coaches and the role they play in preventive care.

“The United States faces a health crisis due in large part to the prevalence of costly chronic conditions, which are largely brought on by poor lifestyle choices,” Ryan wrote. “Health and Wellness Coaches work with individuals and shift them from being passive recipients of expensive health care interventions to adopting a responsible, self-directed, proactive stance that facilitates lasting positive change. It is vital that Health and Wellness Coaches continue to expand their good work, the nation needs it.”

This stance is long shared by Joshua Rosenthal, founder, director and primary teacher of Integrative Nutrition. For 22 years, Integrative Nutrition has been a pioneer in the movement towards preventative health care, providing students with the skills and tools necessary to help clients achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behavior adjustments. Integrative Nutrition now has more than 58,000 students and graduates in 123 countries around the world who are working to improve the health and happiness of their families, friends, schools, workplaces, and communities.

“Chronic disease is at the heart of the current healthcare crisis, and health coaches are poised to make a real difference in the incidence of obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and other illness,” Rosenthal said. “Receiving recognition and support for health coaches from an influential member of Congress marks a huge victory in our mission to improve health and happiness, and through that process, transform the world.”

JAMES and SUZY CAMERON: Go Vegan and Save the Planet

James Cameron: Environment more important than Oscars

James and Suzy Amis Cameron want Americans to adopt a vegan diet. They say it is vital for the future of the planet.

James Cameron refused to talk Oscars at the Global Green Pre-Oscar Party. He advises education and action to save the planet! heres the link go to this link.Livestock production is responsible for 18 percent of greenhouse gas emissions MORE THAN THE TRANSPORTATION SECTOR.

James and Suzy Amis Cameron, the provocative power couple behind the first all-vegan school and countless successful films, are now reported by CNN to be promoting a plant-based diet as the cure for our environmental ills.

The two tout the benefits of a vegan diet as far less wasteful than the standard, meat-heavy American diet. Additionally, they say, plant-based eating contributes significantly less to the greenhouse gas emissions that are wreaking environmental havoc.

As Cameron explains: “Sixty percent or more of the crops we grow go to feed animals, which is very, very inefficient.” He has hope for positive change, however, confidently asserting that if enough people adopted a plant-based diet, we could “turn down the heat on this planet very quickly.”

Indeed, a vegan diet does go a long way in the fight against environmental degradation. Not only that, it improves human health and reduces animal suffering.

Thought n Seed

Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Whatever I do, when all is said and done, I do for or to myself. Perhaps I should think before I perform actions because after the seed of action is sown I have to reap the fruit. Moreover, I do not receive only one fruit for every seed sown, I often get a whole crop, good or bad according to the action or seed.

7 ways GMOs are destroying humanity and the planet

GMOs environmental destruction agricultural damage

Agricultural-Engineer-On-Field-Examining-Ripe-Ears-Of-Grain-GMO-Test-Crop

(NaturalNews) No matter what personal views you might have on genetically-modified organisms (GMOs), these relatively new biological creations are wreaking havoc on both the environment and human health, as thoroughly demonstrated in the scientific literature. And here are seven concrete examples of why:

1) GMOs lead to superbugs and superweeds. There is no denying the massive ecological changes that occur as a result of GMOs and their respective growing chemicals. Farmers all across North America now face a steadily increasing onslaught of “superweeds” and “superpests” that have spawned as a direct result of biotechnology.

Among 13 major pests examined as part of a 2011 study published in the journal Environmental Sciences Europe, five of them were found to be completely immune to the poisons genetically implanted into Bt corn and cotton, for instance. And more recently, Brazilian farmers have reported that GMO corn is no longer resistant to pests.

2) GMOs are killing off our pollinators. GMO proponents often argue that, without biotechnology, the world would starve. But weedkillers and other chemicals applied to GMOs are killing off bees, butterflies and other pollinators that are vital in the production of one-third of the world’s food crops.

According to the latest data, honeybees, which are responsible for roughly 80 percent of the pollinating duties, are dying off at a rate of 30 percent per year. Neonicotinoids and other pesticides leave residues on crops, which are then picked up by pollinators, destroying their insides and causing them to eventually die. German professor Hans-Hinrich Kaatz told SPIEGEL ONLINE that GMO crop chemicals appears to alter bees’ intestines, making them highly susceptible to parasites and infections.

3) GMOs allow corporations to control life. With natural seeds, farmers are free to save and reuse them year after year in self-sufficiency. But GMOs require seeds to be repurchased year after year, placing control of food and life into the hands of a select few transnational corporations, who, since they maintain an oligopoly, can charge high prices and keep farmers in their servitude.

4) GMOs cross-contaminate natural crops. If GMOs could exist in their own private, agrarian bubbles, their threat to humanity might be containable. But because they grow in the open air alongside other natural and organic crops that require pollination, the threat of cross-contamination is almost certain, which means the entire global food supply stands to eventually become contaminated.

5) Accidentally growing GMOs is a crime. Believe it or not, biotech corporations like Monsanto have actually sued non-GMO farmers whose crops were damaged as a result of genetic drift. This is because GMOs are patented intellectual property, meaning they can’t be grown without permission and payment.

6) GMOs place an unmanageable burden of debt on farmers. Farmers are typically lured into growing GMOs based on empty promises of increased yields and fewer crop losses. But when this doesn’t pan out, they become locked into a system of debt that, especially in poorer countries, often leads to total bankruptcy. This is part of the reason why some 1,000 Indian farmers now commit suicide every month, as they are left with no way out but to pay the piper money that they don’t have.

7) GMOs destroy biodiversity, the life-force of our planet. The viability of our planet is dependent upon a rich stock of plant life that is varied, abundant and well-balanced within the confines of a biodiverse ecosystem. But GMOs are the antithesis of all this, perpetuating a system of unsustainable monoculture that breeds soil erosion, mineral loss and, ultimately, death.
